Whatever you type into the project form on this site: your name, phone number, city, the kind of project you're planning, and anything else you choose to add in the notes. If you call or email us directly, it's whatever you share there. That's the whole list — there are no accounts on this site, nothing to log into, and no profile we build about you.

The form doesn't send your details to a server somewhere. When you hit "Get matched," it opens your own email app with your answers already written out, addressed to us. Your project details travel as an email — from you, to us, the same as if you'd written it yourself.

To do the thing you asked for: match you with a contractor and follow up on your project. In practice that means reading your notes, calling or emailing you back, and staying in touch while the work gets done.

One contractor — the one we match you to. When we make the introduction, we share your project details and how to reach you, and you'll know when that happens. We never sell your information to anyone, and your number never goes on a list that gets blasted out to five companies.

We don't run advertising pixels or retargeting on this site. We may use basic analytics to see which pages get read — the same anonymous traffic counts nearly every website keeps. Nothing that follows you around the internet.

Ask any time and we'll tell you what we have on you, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it. Email helloascentprime@gmail.com or call (425) 345-3040. Deleting your details means we can't help with an ongoing project anymore, but that's your call to make.
